PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Effective: September 16, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Adivro handles information when you use adivro.com and Adivro's AI-assisted advertising creation tools. It applies to account creation, uploaded product content, prompts, campaign copy, image and video generation, saved creative projects, subscriptions, billing, and support.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your email address and authentication records; billing and subscription status; product images, prompts, descriptions, campaign copy, generated images and videos, saved project settings, and generation metadata; technical information used for security and rate limiting; and information you send through the Adivro support form. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Adivro.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, generate and deliver AI-created advertising content, save and reopen creative projects, reconnect eligible in-progress renders, track credits and subscriptions, process billing events, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and product experience.
4. Service providers and AI processing
Adivro uses specialized service providers to operate the product. These can include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Stripe for payments and subscription billing; Resend for transactional email; Vercel for hosting and application delivery; and AI or media-generation providers such as OpenAI and Replicate for generation-related processing. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the relevant feature and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Your uploads and generated content
Product images, prompts, and related content you submit may be transmitted to AI or media-generation providers to produce requested outputs. Saved projects can include your campaign instructions, generated assets, and technical generation metadata so you can reopen your work. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for creating your ad. AI output can be imperfect and may resemble content generated for other users.
6. Cookies and local storage
Adivro uses essential authentication cookies to keep signed-in sessions working. Browser storage may be used for product preferences, onboarding state, interface language, and temporary render-recovery information. Server-side generation records can also be used to reconnect an eligible in-progress render without intentionally creating a duplicate. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies for behavioral ad targeting on Adivro.
7. Data retention
We retain account, billing, generation, saved-project, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Adivro's project history is designed to retain generated assets for later access, but storage policies, provider availability, plan changes, or account deletion can affect availability. Keep independent copies of content you must retain.
8. Security
We use access controls, row-level ownership rules, restricted server-side credentials, private storage patterns, rate limits, and encrypted network connections designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information. You may also cancel a paid subscription through Adivro billing. To make a privacy or account request, use our Support page and include the email associated with your account.
10. Children
Adivro is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.
11. International processing
Adivro and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from your home jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Adivro evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice in the product.
13. Contact
Questions about privacy can be submitted through the Adivro Support page.
