TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Effective: September 16, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of adivro.com and Adivro's AI-assisted advertising creation tools. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Adivro.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account.

3. The service

Adivro helps users turn product images, prompts, offers, and related information into AI-assisted advertising content, including campaign copy, professional image creatives, short-form video, and creative variations. Adivro can also save creative projects and generated assets so users can reopen their work. Features, providers, models, output quality, generation times, limits, and supported formats may change as the service evolves.

4. Credits and plans

Some Adivro features use credits. The number of credits required can vary by generation type, number of outputs, or video duration. Adivro may display an estimated credit cost before generation; the applicable server-side credit rules control the final charge. Free credits are promotional, have no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued. Paid plans provide the monthly credit amount shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, unused paid credits do not roll over when a new billing cycle resets the monthly balance.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Adivro's billing portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or applicable law provides otherwise. Prices, taxes, and available plans may change prospectively. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

6. Your content

You retain whatever ownership rights you already have in images, text, trademarks, and other material you submit. You grant Adivro and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, transform, and store that content to provide the service, including saving projects and generated assets. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use your content.

7. AI-generated output

Subject to these terms and applicable third-party provider terms, you may use generated output for your lawful business and advertising purposes. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, non-unique, or similar to content generated for others. Adivro does not guarantee that an output is original, legally protectable, suitable for a particular platform, compliant with advertising law, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

8. Saved projects and availability

Adivro may store prompts, campaign settings, generated images, generated videos, and related metadata as part of your creative workspace. Saved-project and render-recovery features are provided for convenience and do not replace your own backups. Provider outages, storage changes, account status, or other technical events can affect availability of a saved asset.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Adivro to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content; impersonate others without authorization; distribute malware; interfere with service security; bypass rate limits or billing controls; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits; or upload content you are not authorized to use.

10. Third-party services

Adivro depends on third-party infrastructure and providers, including payment, hosting, storage, authentication, email, and AI-generation services. Their availability and terms can affect Adivro. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Adivro reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage limits; or update models and providers. When practical, changes affecting paid functionality will be communicated through the service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, chargeback abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using Adivro at any time and can cancel a paid subscription through billing.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adivro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantee of specific advertising or commercial results.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adivro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Adivro for the service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Adivro.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms, billing, or the service can be submitted through the Adivro Support page.
